New Player - Setting up, including configuring the lobby and race settings, may take about 10-15 minutes of your game time, depending on the number of attendees.
Booking Policy
-Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking time
-Failure to check in on time will result in automatic cancellation of your booking, with the slot potentially reassigned to another guest.
-If you have been flagged due to multiple no-shows in your booking, you will be banned for booking
-One racing simulator seat is strictly limited to one (1) player.
-To ensure seating and game together, all participants must be included in the same booking time.
-Outside food and beverages are not permitted on our premise.
-We are not liable for any issues arising from the haptic motion system in our simulator rig, particularly concerning pregnant guests.
-Please note that booking cannot be rescheduled if there are 3 hours or less before your booking time starts.
